There are not many Urbex opportunities around in The Netherlands, since the government always seems to try and make sure that derelict buildings either get demolished or are repurposed. An exception to this, at least in part, is the old potato flour factory in Ter Apel, close to the German border in the province of Groningen.
A group of people who bought the site and it's surroundings for a nominal fee, are currently building up a commune here. In the meantime, you can book access to the old factory buildings  through them. It's like Urbex, but legal.
